Engineering Seismology and Strong Ground  Motion

①建立结构地震动响应台阵

       选取不同的典型工程结构,建立结构地震动响应台阵,以期更好地了解结构在实际地震动条件下的振动特点和抗震性能,完善理论分析水平。
Structural  instrumentation could record the exact seismic response during earthquakes, so  some accelerographs have been installed as structural response array on typical  structures in Dalian based on both theoretical and experienced methods.

②地震震源谱的改进
     

       从理论和实际观测记录,完善震源谱模型,突出震源谱的物理意义,体现出震源谱随震级等参数的变化规律,研究具有理论依据的子源划分方法。
Source  spectrum should be reasonable to show the source characters, and embody the  variation with magnitude and other parameters. Our suggested source spectrum  model has been used successfully to estimate the strong ground motions for  seismic analysis of engineering structures.
 

③合成地震动方法研究

       完善现有的地震动合成方法,体现地震动所具有的非平稳性,为结构动力反应分析提供可靠的多点多维(水平和竖向)地震动场输入,建立与地震环境(震源效应、传播途径效应,传播方向性效应、上下盘效应等)关联的地震动场相干性模型。
Estimate  and simulate the accelerograms as inputs for structural aseismic analysis by  different methods. Constructing coherence models representing source, path and  directivity effects.
